Do I need to bring a mat?

No! All equipment is provided for you at the studio, including mats and props. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Water and grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

Grip socks are not mandatory-feel free to bring your own pair or purchase a pair from us when you arrive

Do you have a changing room?

Yes! We have a bathroom in the studio that can be used as a changing space.

What’s the parking like?

Our compound has a parking lot that has enough space for everyone!

How do you accept payment?

We currently accept cash or bank transfer only. If you will like to pay bank transfer, please reach out via WhatsApp for further information.

Can I record during class?

We kindly ask that there be no recording during class unless you are positioned at the back and no other clients are visible in your camera frame. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have a distraction-free experience.
