At Still Ü, our ocean view isn’t just beautiful, it is therapeutic. The sight and rhythm of the waves naturally calm the nervous system, helping you to breathe deeper, soften faster and feel more grounded. Practicing with the sea in sight brings a sense of spaciousness, clarity and connection that stays with you long after the class ends.

Multi- Light Therapy: What it is & Why it’s Powerful

At Still Ü, we use a combination of different types of light — typically red wavelengths — to deliver specific benefits to the body and skin. Each light penetrates at different depths and targets different systems, making the therapy deeply restorative and versatile. Supporting muscle recovery, hormonal regulation and a deeper integration of rest and healing.

Nervous System-Centred Design

Everything at Still Ü — from the way classes are paced to the lighting and language — is designed to regulate, not overstimulate. We move slowly. We prioritize safety. We teach presence, not poses.

Still Ü positions itself as a trauma-aware, regulation-first sanctuary as opposed to the popular fitness focused vibe in today’s wellness culture.

Still Ü was born from a simple but powerful desire: to create a space where stillness is not only allowed, it is honoured.

Hi there!

My name is Luanne and I am so excited to share this space with you. During my studies in Psychology, I was able to witness and experience the impact of the environment on emotional and nervous system health. While spending time abroad, I experienced many beautifully designed spaces that supported regulation, stillness and inner calm- a contrast I deeply felt when I returned to Trinidad.

Upon completion of my degree, I traveled to Rishikesh India where I spent 4 months immersed in traditional yoga and philosophy learning from respected teachers in the birthplace of yoga. My background in psychology and teacher training in India, laid the foundation for a deeply integrative approach to teaching. One that honours both ancient wisdom and modern science.

In my classes, you can expect modern movement combined with the timeless principles of traditional yoga designed to leave you refreshed and energized.

Movement remains a trusted tool to soothe, reset and reconnect with myself on a daily basis.

We are on this journey together and I hope to see you on your mat soon.
